Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please give plenty of notice as booking are taken weeks in advance and there is no room for re-booking immediate slots. Deposits are taken to secure your booking and will not be refunded for a cancelled appointment as this is a potential booking slot that could've gone to someone else.
